CEO Announces Grand Opening of Allfit, Inc.

September 16, 2010, Montgomery, Alabama -- With fifteen years of experience in the fitness logistics and distribution industry,  David Little, CEO of Allfit, Inc., is pleased to announce the grand opening of his new company headquartered in Montgomery, Alabama. Allfit, Inc., will serve the southeast corner of the US in the transportation, warehousing, delivery, and onsite assembly of commercial gym equipment. "Allfit's mission is to provide outstanding customer service while maintaining the highest professional reputation in the industry," said Little in describing his new company.

Allfit's services include warehousing of gym equipment, on-site assembly, unit testing and relocation. With just one phone call to Allfit, commercial gym equipment is shipped directly from manufacturers to one of their warehouses in North Carolina, Florida and Alabama. Once equipment arrives at an Allfit warehouse, their installers assemble it, thoroughly test it, then deliver it, user-ready, to any place within their territory. Allfit's territory reaches north  to Virginia, south to Florida, west to Louisiana and every place in between.

In addition to delivering new equipment, Allfit Inc. will purchase old equipment, or help a client "trade out" their old equipment for new equipment. "Many places usually try to switch out their gym equipment every 3 to 5 years," said Christy Whitfield,  Accounts Receivable Supervisor at Allfit. "People will use our services when newer, up to date equipment comes along, or when the equipment they've used has not been well maintained. Equipment that hasn't been maintained breaks down a lot quicker than normal and needs more frequent replacing."

To better serve their clients, Allfit offers a real-time website, www.allfitinc.com which features a state-of-the-art tracking service allowing clients to view and monitor the delivery status of their equipment. This password-protected feature allows Allfit's clients to search, view and print reports by state, date of delivery, and other criteria. A useful online resource for all their clients, the website keeps important records and customer comments just a few keystrokes away.

Every one of Allfit's 100 installers are trained and certified by the very manufacturers of the equipment they deliver. "Our workers take classes taught by the manufacturers so that each of our installers is familiar with every type of equipment we handle," said Whitfield. Allfit delivers equipment from Precor, Cybex, Schwinn Fitness, Advantage, True, Star Trac, Life Fitness, Paramount and Matrix.

Part of this intensive training and testing is so that installers know how to use the equipment to insure that it is working properly before they leave it at a location. "They don't want to get (equipment) somewhere and then find out the screen doesn't work" said Whitfield. This is why equipment is thoroughly tested before an installer leaves a delivery site.
